About MeHello!
My name is Arin, and I'm a self-employed artist from New Zealand.
My primary focus right now is character design, character sprites, Sonic/Mobian-style illustrations, and fantasy/D&D illustrations.

About my WorkI have been working with digital art for around 8 years. I attended animation school for a brief period, so I am familiar with working in a professional production pipeline process. My current career focus is working on YouTube. I create thumbnails, banners, icons and any 2d illustrative assets for videos.

Terms of Service

Payments:
I accept payments exclusively through Ko-Fi and PayPal, primarily in USD unless otherwise discussed.
Prepayment is generally required; however, I am willing to provide a rough sketch prior to full payment.
Partial payments or payment plans may be available—please inquire for arrangements.Artist Rights:
Right to Decline or Cancel a Commission
As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. This includes projects that I find beyond my skill set, personally uncomfortable, offensive, or incompatible with my artistic goals, values, or schedule.I also reserve the right to terminate an ongoing commission at any point if necessary. In such cases, the client will be notified promptly with an explanation, and a refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy outlined below.Refund Policy:
Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of completion at the time of cancellation.- If I cancel before significant work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
- If the commission is less than 50% complete, a partial refund may be granted, proportional to the work completed.
- If the commission is 50% or more complete, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If the client cancels the commission, a partial refund may be available only if the work is under 50% complete.Please note that all refunds are at my discretion and may require processing time depending on the payment platform.Ownership and Use Rights Post-Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation and refund (full or partial), the client forfeits all rights to the created work. I retain all rights to the artwork, including the ability to reuse, modify, or resell it, unless an alternative agreement is made in writing.Commercial Use:
If you intend to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes (such as profile pictures, banners, emojis, videos for platforms like YouTube or TikTok, streams like Twitch or TikTok), please credit either my Twitter or this website in the bio or somewhere visible on your page.
